  • We represent and provide counselling services to legal and natural persons, with the aim of collection of receivables from the debtors-companies that ceased with payments, when there are limited possibilities for collection from company’s assets. Our services also include representation of clients in all stages of the bankruptcy proceedings, preparation, development and analysis of documentation necessary for registration of receivables, representation in bodies of the bankruptcy debtor stipulate by the Bankruptcy Law, as well as in judicial proceedings for establishment of disputed claim and refutation of legal actions of the debtor.
